We charge by the hour with no hidden fees or trip charges.
A two hour minimum applies.

We are a premium service company that carries both liability and worker's compensation insurance. We set high standards for our crews and pay them well. We will not bid against companies that do not provide our level of service. If you don't mind paying a fair price for quality work, hire us for a few hours at our 20% off introductory rate. We know you will be impressed enough to hire us on a regular basis.

Larkspur Maintenance offers exceptional pay for exceptional people. If you are clean cut, personable, reliable and pay attention to detail you qualify. We are constantly looking for individuals that take pride in their work. If that sounds like you, give us a call.

We want you to make good money, we want to give you incentive to work hard, and we want to give you flexibility by paying you according to how many hours you spent actually working for our customers. Pay ranges from $13 to $20 per billable hour depending on your skill level.

Want to make even more? Bring and maintain your own equipment to earn up to $25 per billable hour. We even pay a $50 bonus if you get us in front of the neighbor and we sell a job!
